For this project, I wanted to exhibit my portrait skills, and practice taking more professional portraits.

Wire Man is a 6'2" tall wire wrapped sculpture I created this past year for my Studio Arts class. Although this is currently an in-progress work, he stands alone and is able to hold small objects in his outreached hand. I created Wire Man as a study of human anatomy/ form, and to challenge myself in a medium I had not previously worked with.

For my BFA program, I have chosen sculpture as my focus. The following images are sculptures I have created in various mediums.

I have recently been in the process of taking updated, and more professional, photos of my paintings. These are some of my favorites.

This collection of full-face masks were my first introduction to and practice with sculpture work. The first mask was made as an independent project, and the last three were made for my Studio Arts class.

Over the past few years, I have created each of these paintings for different purposes, for class and for personal work. Although each painting is in a different style and may use different kinds of paint, each piece is meant to convey emotion to the viewer and elicit a sense of intrigue.

These pieces showcase my work with creative photoshop editing, which includes light painting and other aspects of artistic editing.

I choose to see the world and express myself though color; I believe that color depicts intense emotion and allows the viewer to feel the energy of the piece. For this collection of photos, I focused on light painting to enhance the feeling, and highlight different parts of each photo.

For this project, I focused on human form and achieving clear shots while the subject (myself) was in motion.
